Founded in March 2012, Yantai Tainuo Mould Co., Ltd. is professionally situated in Muping District, Yantai City, Shandong Province, China. We are an integrated comprehensive manufacturing enterprise specializing in the processing and production of auto spare parts, machine tool enclosures, as well as IT equipment housings. Our full-spectrum in-house service system covers complete industrial chains including independent product research and development, custom mold design and fabrication, CNC laser cutting, precision welding, professional cleaning treatment, electrophoretic coating, electrostatic powder coating, electrostatic liquid paint spraying, industrial sewage treatment, and finished product assembly. Unlike scattered small-scale processing workshops that outsource multiple procedures, our factory completes all core production processes independently, which greatly shortens order lead time, stabilizes product quality, and effectively controls overall production costs for global customers from all over the world.
Our factory occupies a total construction area of 13,000 square meters, with a standardized and tidy production workshop layout that separates cutting, welding, surface treatment, assembly and testing areas to avoid cross-contamination during manufacturing. At present, our company has a stable workforce of 150 employees in total. Among our whole team, there are 25 technical staff holding college or higher academic qualifications, who are responsible for daily process optimization, size inspection, technical troubleshooting and quality standard formulation. Besides, we have a dedicated R&D team consisting of 8 professional engineers, who devote themselves to new product structural design, mold iterative upgrading, surface craft improvement and customized solution development for diverse client demands, whether it is small-batch prototype trial production or large-volume mass manufacturing of sheet metal enclosures and auto metal components.
For standardized internal operation and digitalized production management, our enterprise has fully implemented the ERP enterprise resource planning management system, which realizes real-time data synchronization covering raw material procurement, production scheduling, process tracking, finished goods inventory, order delivery arrangement and after-sales record management. Every production link can be traced through the system, effectively eliminating information lag and manual management errors. Meanwhile, the whole production and quality control activities of our factory are strictly operated in accordance with the ISO9001 international quality management system standards. We have formulated complete standardized operating procedures for every single processing step from raw material incoming inspection, semi-finished product dimensional testing, intermediate surface quality check to finished product full inspection before shipment. Rigorous multi-stage quality inspection mechanisms ensure that all finished metal parts, equipment shells and automotive accessories meet international dimensional tolerance, anti-corrosion, appearance and assembly requirements, laying a solid reliable foundation for long-term OEM and ODM cooperation with overseas purchasers.
